The KI surroundings

KI Science Park AB is closely attached to Karolinska Institutet, both geographical and organizational. KI Science Park AB is located on KI´s two fast expanding Campus-areas, both with high occupancy rates.

In the area of Campus Solna a new university hospital is under construction, a project of great importance for the development of the future biotech hub Stockholm Science City.

On Campus Flemingsberg, next to the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Södertörn University, KI Science Park AB is established in a building located in the center of Flemingsberg. The development projects Innovationsplatsen and the research centre Biocity will in the long run increase the attracation to Flemingsberg.

KI Science Park AB cooperates closely with the Stockholm County Council, Huddinge municipality and Botyrka municipality which reinforces its strong local ties in both Solna and Flemingsberg. Being located in such close proximity of the regions two university hospitals creates a regular flow of new collaborators.
